The Role
Working as part of the Manufacturing team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for managing a team of people who are directly responsible for GMP manufacture of drug product for commercial and clinical supply. Remit will include the quality of the products manufactured and the efficiency and output in their specific area. The post holder will become a technical expert in a number of manufacturing process technologies and will drive continuous improvement of the area for which they are responsible.

Essential Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related Scientific/Technical/Engineering discipline OR Significant experience in a supervisory role in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Previous experience of supervising highly technical manufacturing or packaging processes
- Organisation of resources (equipment and personnel) to meet scheduled output targets
- Experience of working in a regulated environment within a formal quality system.
Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical processing technologies
- Experience in the qualification of new process equipment and experience of new product introduction/process validation
