The Role
Working as part of the Business Support Operations team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for providing functional support for Pharma Services business systems. They will support the business globally in helping to resolve technical, user, and design issues as well as completing acceptance tests and ensuring Business readiness. They will do this by investigating and understanding the issue and by working with the business and the IS team to ensure that the issue is resolved to the satisfaction of the business users and in line with business requirements.

Essential Criteria
- Third level qualification (or equivalent) in a business, technical, scientific or communications discipline (or equivalent) OR Significant experience of developing and improving computerised systems within a pharmaceutical environment and in developing business systems to meet the needs of the organisation
- Experience operating computerised business systems
- Experience of gathering business process requirements
- Experience of implementing changes to computerised business systems
- A broad working knowledge in an Operational environment
Desirable Criteria

- Previous experience of working in a pharmaceutical and GMP environment
