The Role

Working as part of the IT team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will provide an efficient administrative service to VPs and Senior Management.

As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organisation, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available throughout the Almac group.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Five GCSEs (or equivalent) to include Mathematics and English Language
  • RSA Stage II (or equivalent) Word Processing
  • Significant administration experience gained within a similar role
  • Significant experience of minute taking/report writing
  • Previous experience of diary management

 

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Third level education OR formal qualification in administration management
