Working as part of the Production team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for managing a team of operators and work centres which range from manufacturing through to hand packing operations and semi-automated packaging operations. They will ensure all operations are run to schedule and are completed within target times whilst maintaining cGMP and adhering to all SOPs.
Production Supervisors must ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Health and Safety policies. They will have overall responsibility for good housekeeping and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness required in all areas and that cGMP principles are adopted and applied at all times.

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) OR Significant relevant experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Previous relevant experience working within the Pharmaceutical or another regulated Industry i.e. food, aerospace etc
- Knowledge and experience of working with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Experience in a supervisory role
