The Role

The role of the QA Lead Investigator is integral to the success of the Quality Management System in ensuring that Quality Incidents (QIs), Technical Queries (TQs) and resultant Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) are initiated, investigated and closed out in a timely fashion to prevent the re-occurrence of incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Criteria

  • Degree level (or equivalent) qualification
  • Previous experience within a Pharmaceutical environment

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Degree level (or equivalent) qualification within a Life Science or Engineering or IS discipline
  • Previous experience within a Quality related role within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Previous experience within a role involving incident investigation, data analysis and narrative report compilation
  • Working knowledge of;

-Software Development Lifecycle or

– IS infrastructure
