The Role

The role of the Quality Compliance Team Leader is integral to the success of the Quality Department in supervising specific activities required to ensure QP Certification occurs in line with customer expectations and regulatory demands.  This will involve the development and supervision of an assigned team.  The post holder will be required to promote continuous improvement whilst ensuring there is adherence to cGMP, Almac SOPs and Policies. They will also be responsible for the management of activities pertaining to specific key customers. This will include monitoring customer specific KPIs and taking action when customer satisfaction is on a downward trend.

Essential Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related subject  
  • Experience in a Quality, Regulatory or Manufacturing related role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in a customer facing role

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry at a grade of 2.2 or above
  • Working knowledge of Clinical Trials Legislation
  • Experience of team management or supervision or significant mentoring and coaching experience
  • Experience managing key customers
