The Role
Working as part of the Packaging Team you will be responsible for carrying out operational tasks and assist with process improvement and staff development tasks while in the production and/ or packaging areas to achieve the targets and standards set for operations, including the performance of process supervisory checks within batch records. Part of this role involves carrying out shift work and overtime as and when required.

Essential Criteria
- Experience of leading teams in a production environment involving production teams, machinery, and quality control of product
Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above in English Language, Maths and Science
- NQF level 3 Qualification (i.e. – A Level, NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience in operation of process equipment an advantage
- Experience in a production environment involving production teams, machinery, and quality control of product
