The Role
Working as part of the Project team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for managing all elements of small to medium scale IT projects.
As part of a busy team within a rapidly growing organisation, operating within a challenging industry you will benefit from the numerous personal and professional developmental opportunities available throughout the Almac group.
Essential Criteria
- 3 A levels (or equivalent)
- Must have performed the Project Manager role in a minimum of three successfully completed IS projects
The projects must be within one or more of the following IS areas:
- Implementation of “Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)” applications
- I.T. Infrastructure
- Software Development
The projects must conform to one or more of the following criteria:
- Number of system users > 50
- Project Budget > £100,000.
- Size of Project Team > 6
- Must have experience in working within and managing cross-functional project teams
Desirable Criteria
(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)
- 3rd level qualification in an IS related discipline
- PRINCE 2 certified
- Experience in managing IS projects remotely
- Experience in managing projects within a Pharmaceutical environment
- Experience in Vendor selection processes
